Kieran brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, and consulting sectors, with deep expertise in:
· Pharmacovigilance system design and implementation
· Global regulatory compliance frameworks
· Benefit-risk assessment strategy
· Risk Management Plans (RMPs), signal detection, periodic safety reporting and labeling
· EU Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV)responsibilities
In his new role, Kieran will lead and expand PPV’s EU Practice and collaborate with PPV’s existing EU-based consulting team to deliver tailored pharmacovigilance solutions that address the evolving needs of clients engaged in global clinical development and commercial launch. His leadership will play a key role in aligning regional operations with global strategies—ensuring clients receive proactive, benefit-risk-centered support in line with evolving EMA and MHRA expectations.
